During the design phase, Mark documents your space with measurements and photographs before preparing scaled CAD drawings and project specifications in his office. Throughout this process, he consults with you on every detail including fabrics, furnishings, materials, finishes, floor coverings, window treatments, cabinetry, and all other project elements.
Once all revisions are made and you are completely happy with the final design, Mark will summarize the materials, labor, and other costs into a complete proposal for your review.
Mark will oversee every task in the project, from demolition to final touches. He and his expert craftsmens will see to it that your project is completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. During this phase, Mark will act as your GC, ensuring that all the work is done according to the highest standards.
