Think about how the space will be used, what aesthetic qualities matter, the time frame in which you would like the project completed and the budget you are planning. INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES
- What we offer
This option will cover the cost for interior design plans to be generated for your project. An initial 1-2 hour consultation is included to discuss project details, design goals, client's vision and expectations, family lifestyle, intentions for use of space, wants and needs, etc. Plans will include: 2-3 scaled construction plans with furniture layout, cabinetry layout and general lighting layout. Not sure about some things and want to make changes, no problem. 1 design revision is included, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied. I will even through in a big smile at no extra cost.
Need help with selecting finishes, materials, furniture, lighting or accessories? Whether you are buying a new home or renovating a new space in your existing home and need some expert interior design advise. You can rent me for the day or by the hour, however I do not do laundry.
This option gives you the most "bang for your buck". I will come out to your house for a free consultation. We will discuss your project details, design challenges, client's vision and expectations, family lifestyle, intentions for use of space, wants and needs, etc. If you feel comfortable moving forward, a design fee for the space or spaces is required. Plans will then be constructed with revisions. Once we have the "perfect plan", I will then generate a proposal that details the scope of work to be done. If you accept the proposal, we will move forward, you will be placed into my schedule and soon after the construction phase begins. I will personally be overseeing the entire project for you from being to end. By using us to construct your project, you get my expert interior design service as a courtesy to the acceptance of the proposal. Here is the really cool part, at the end of the project, I will refund your design fee. It is our way of saying thank you for using us. |
